- T1: auf Gallengang beschränkt.
- T2: Infiltration jenseits des Gallenganges
- T3: Infiltration in Leber, Gallenblase, Pankreas,
- und / oder laterale Äste der Vena portae rechts oder
links,
- oder der Arteria hepatica propria rechts oder links.
- T4: Infiltration einer oder mehrerer Nachbarstrukturen:
- Hauptstamm der Vena portae oder ihrer Äste bilateral,
- Arteria hepatica communis oder Nachbarorgane wie Kolon,
Magen etc.
N-Stadien
- N1: regionäre Lymphknotenmetastasen:
- LK am Ductus cysticus, pericholedochal, peripankreatisch,
periduodenal, periportal, zöliakal, sowie LK der Arteria
mesenterica superior.
